FACTORS AFFECTING PHYSICAL FITNESS
There are different views regarding physical fitness. Some say it is related to task or work. Some consider it as a good looking physique. Many consider it as proper functioning of the physiological system. But, it is a term with a wider meaning. It is more than the possession of strength, speed and endurance. It is the capacity of an individual to work effectively with joy and pleasure. The person who remains energetic, cheerful and enthusiastic in doing his/her work is said to be physically fit.
Diet Plays an important role in maintaining physical fitness level. Diet requirement varies from individual to individual game wise. Therefore while planning fitness programme diet factor must also be given due consideration.One should consume healthy food like vegetables, fruits etc
A healthy enviornment at home/school/playfields is helpful in proper growth and development of an individual which create a better learning situation. There is a need for proper working environment for participation in sports activities otherwise it will affect the fitness of individual.
Regular exercise is the most important factor which effects the physical fitness of an individual. It means that if regular exercise is performed, the physical fitness can be improved. If exercise is not performed daily, the level of physical fitness will decline.
The amount of training also affects the physical fitness. If the amount of training is not upto desirable level, one will be incapable of improving his physical fitness. It can be said that his physical fitness will remain same. So, the amount of training should be higher for improving the physical fitness. The amount of training should be increased slowly. It should be kept in mind that an individual should not be overloaded with training.

,Taking Stimulants (Drugs,Caffeine,Even Vitamins) , Drinking Alcohol
, Depression and lack of motivation
